How it works
The way it works is by controlling the hyper secretion of the oils of the skin and by avoiding the blockage of the skin pores which causes the acne breakouts. The bacteria that triggers acne will be eliminated along with the shedding of the dead skin cells resulting in a flawless skin.
The first problem we found with this treatment is that is is does not provide the complete ingredient list of the products. This results in people asking themselves how this products helps them to get rid of acne. Nonetheless it is pointed out that the treatment uses Benzoyl Peroxide , an ingredient that it is used in a lot of anti-acne similar products.
Possible Ingredient
We belive that is is fine to presume that Clinique Acne Solutions contains salicylic acid because these two ingredients (salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide) are heavely used in acne treatments. However it is belived that these ingredients are very aggressive especially benzoyl peroxide that peels off the skin’s dead cells and kills the bacteria that causes acne . It is recommended to use the product even after you have an acne-free skin because acne breakouts may reoccur in case you do stop following the treatment.
The Salicylic acid is considered to be safe and efficient and does not cause serious side effects . Also it is indicated to be used along with other products for a more powerful treatment.
People that have used benzoyl peroxide however, say that it can cause skin dryness and acne aggravation.
